Selection and application demonstration of technology for ultra-low exhaust treatment of hot stove's flue gas in Baosteel blast furnace
Based on the emission of flue gas from the Baosteel blast furnace hot stove before treatment,the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment technologies were analyzed.Finally,the calcium base fixed bed flue gas treatment technology which is currently the safest and most suitable for the working conditions of the blast furnace hot stove was selected.At the same time,the operational performance of this process technology in the Baosteel No.4 blast furnace for over a year was introduced.From the aspects of safety,desulfurization effect,operation and maintenance,and cost,its safety,stability,adaptability,and economy were verified again,so as to provide a referable application demonstration for China Baowu Steel Group Corporation and other manufacturers at home and abroad,and then assist in the green low-carbon production and technological progress of blast furnaces in China.
