Research and application of induction quenching and tempering heat treatment line for ultra-compact steel pipe
Through the research and application project of ARE steel pipe induction quenching and tempering heat treatment line,the existing lines have been reformed.The overall layout remains unchanged.The rectifier transformer,feeding bench,feeding device,blanking device,two-way chain cooling bed,blanking bench,and hydraulic station are utilized.The conveying roller is partial utilization and partial transformation.The quenching power supply,tempering power supply and induction coil are redesigned and updated according to the requirements of the product scheme,and the corresponding water quenching device and supporting water circulation system,corresponding instrument,automation and computer system are supplemented to achieve closed-loop temperature control.By transforming the existing induction heat treatment line into an ultra-compact steel tube induction tempering heat treatment line,it has an annual production capacity of 30 000 t of quenching+tempering heat treatment pipeline pipe,hoop material,oil casing,etc.,to fill the gap in the heat treatment of the ARE production line and improve the profitability of the production lines.
