Study on the effect of sulfide stress cracking resistance of high strength sulfur-resistant pipe steels
With the continuous development of ultra-deep wells,the demand of the sulfur-resistant pipes with ultra-high strength is increasing,and the susceptibility to sulfide stress cracking is also increasing with the increase of strength of steel.Based on the understanding of the mechanism of resistance to sulfide stress corrosion of low alloy steel,the high strength sulfur-resistant pipe steels of 110 ksi and above were developed based on the control of microstructure,precipitation phase,strength,inclusion,segregation and so on,through reasonable composition design,ultra-pure steel smelting,heating system of tube rolling,narrow range control of heat treatment performance and other measures.
