Research on corrosion of aluminum zinc plating building roofs
The rust problems that occur during the use of aluminum zinc plated steel plates for steel structure roofs,in order to explore the application process of aluminum zinc plated plates in the construction industry, were mainly studied.Through the detection and analysis of three common and typical corrosion conditions, including surface rust corrosion, internal corrosion, and corrosive corrosion,it is found that the mechanisms of the three types of corrosion are different.Attention should be paid to the slope of the roof and the cleaning work after construction for surface rust.Measures to deal with internal corrosion include avoiding galvanic reactions between metals,as well as waterproofing and sealing the building's roof to avoid internal rock wool moisture.Corrosive corrosion is a phenomenon of rapid local corrosion of coatings, which develops rapidly from the surface of the coating to the interior. The development process can be divided into three stages:black spots, bulging, and peeling off.So there are certain requirements for the atmosphere during the use of aluminum zinc coated steel structures.
