降低钢包翻损工业实践

结合350 t钢包浇注翻损实际情况,分析了工艺过程控制和钢包状态对翻损的影响.结果表明:炉内渣量越大,出钢下渣量越多,翻损量越高.随着转炉过吹比例上升,渣量增大,渣中TFe增加,会使连铸钢包下渣提前,翻损增加;钢渣中钙铝比越低,钢渣熔点越高,钢包浇注后期越不容易下渣,翻损越小;钢包使用过程中水口周围形成的"堰塞湖"会阻碍钢水进入中间包,使得钢水浇注量减少,翻损增加.通过将炉内渣量控制在29 t以内,过吹比例低于7%,炉后渣改质石灰加入量控制为500~800 kg,适当降低钙铝比,同时翻损超8 t钢包返回后进行烧水口作业,可将连铸钢包翻损由6.8 t降低到5.9 t.
Industrial practice of reducing ladle overturning loss
Based on 350 t ladle overturning loss production,the influence of process control and ladle state on the overturning loss was analyzed.The results show that the larger the amount of slag in the furnace,the greater the amount of slag during tapping,and the higher the amount of overturning loss.With the increase of the overblown ratio of the converter and the increase of the amount of slag,the final TFe of the slag will increase,which will make the continuous casting ladle tap the slag ahead of schedule,and the overturning loss will increase.The lower the ratio of w(CaO)/w(Al203)of the slag,the higher the melting point of the slag,the less slag is deposited in the later stage of ladle casting,and the smaller the tumbling loss.The"dammed lake"formed around the nozzle during the use of the ladle will prevent the molten steel from entering the tundish,reducing the amount of molten steel poured and increasing the overturning loss.In the future,the amount of slag in the furnace is controlled within 29 t;the overblowing ratio is less than 7%;the amount of slag-modified lime added after the furnace is controlled to 500-800 kg,and ratio of w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)is appropriately reduced;the ladle of the overturning loss over 8 t returns to maintain the nozzle.The overturning loss of the ladle can be reduced from 6.8 t to 5.9 t.
