带钢热连轧尾部自动预调平创新及应用

带钢热连轧过程中,由轧件引起的带钢抛钢阶段的轧制力变化趋势具有遗传性特点,通过轧制力偏差对尾部抛钢进行预调平,可以显著减少单机架调平不足和过大带来的矛盾,改善轧制过程中的隐性跑偏,并进行尾部自动纠偏控制.现场试验结果表明,采用此方法可以有效控制轧制过程中的隐性跑偏,提升精轧轧制过程的稳定性.
Innovation and application of tail automatic pre-leveling in hot strip rolling process
In hot strip rolling process,the trend of rolling force changes during the strip throwing stage caused by rolling pieces has inherited characteristics.By pre-leveling the tail of strip throwing through rolling force deviation,the contradiction caused by insufficient or excessive leveling of the single stand can be significantly reduced,the hidden deviation during the rolling process can be improved,and automatic correction control at the tail can be carried out.The test results show that this method can effectively control the hidden deviation during the rolling process,thereby improving the stability of the precision rolling process.
