Research and exploration of digital solutions for green supply chain of MRO
Focusing on the problems of traditional manufacturing industry in the operation process of MRO(maintenance,repair & operation)supply chain,such as wide range of industries,complex structure,small batches of commodities and multiple varieties,based on digital transformation and supply chain collaborative services,and combined with the practice of Ouyeel Industrial Product Supply Chain Service Platform,a green supply chain of industrial products is explored.Starting from the carbon management needs of the core enterprises in the supply chain,analyzing from the perspectives of organizational carbon,product carbon and project carbon,focusing on the procurement supply chain of industrial products,and through the construction of digital tools and supply chain service platform,more and more upstream enterprises in the supply chain are driven to carry out product carbon investigation,which is closely linked to each other.A digital service platform for green supply chain of industrial products with various forms of carbon data,such as product carbon benchmark,carbon label,carbon accounting and carbon certification is established,in order to gradually form standard digital solutions,which help the green and low-carbon transformation of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.
