Analysis of fan configuration and energy saving optimization in rotary hearth furnace system
Rotary hearth furnace has become the preferred process equipment for the disposal of metallurgical solid waste,especially the dust and mud containing iron and zinc.The fan configuration and existing problems in the process system were introduced,the energy-saving transformation countermeasures of several typical subsystems such as sludge drying and dust removal system,green ball drying and dust removal system and rotary hearth furnace combustion system were compared and analysed,and the key points in energy-saving transformation practice and the applicability of energy-saving technology were elaborated in detail,which points out the direction for energy saving of rotary hearth furnace fan system in metallurgical industry.
