介绍铝合金扁锭铸造过程中铸锭表面出现垂直褶皱缺陷的机理,得到不同系别的铝合金在铸造过程中及使用不同过滤器(管式过滤器、板式过滤器)时,铸锭垂直褶皱裂纹的产生趋势,由此分析了高镁铝合金铸造过程中褶皱裂纹产生的主要原因.通过试验验证,找到解决裂纹敏感性较高的5系高镁合金在铸造过程中产生褶皱裂纹的措施,并应用于实际生产中,有效地防止铸造过程中褶皱裂纹的产生.
Analysis and improvement measures for vertical fold cracks in casting of 5-series high magnesium alloy flat ingots
The mechanism of vertical fold defects on the surface of aluminum alloy flat ingots during the casting process was introduced,and the trends of vertical fold cracks in ingots of different grades of aluminum alloys during the casting process and when using different filters(tubular filters,plate filters)were obtained.Based on this,the main reasons for fold cracks in the casting process of high magnesium aluminum alloys were analyzed,and through experimental verification,measures to solve the problem of fold cracks in 5-series high magnesium alloys with high crack sensitivity during the casting process were found.These measures are applied in on-site production to effectively prevent the occurrence of fold cracks during the casting process.
