Research on the modification and effectiveness of the hydraulic bending and shifting roll system
The hidden hazards associated with the equipment in the bending and shifting roll system of the finishing work roll on a hot rolling production line were discussed.These hazards significantly impacted the normal production process and product quality,leading to equipment damage and increased oil consumption.These problems seriously affected the smooth running of the production.To address these problems completely and meet the production requirements,the bending and shifting roll system of the finishing work roll has been extensively modified,yielding highly satisfactory results.
