TC2钛合金中Mn元素挥发规律的分析研究

本文研究了 TC2钛合金经过一次真空自耗熔炼和二次真空自耗熔炼后,成分中易挥发元素Mn的挥发规律.对铸锭外圆不同部位和二次锭头、尾横截面部位的Mn元素挥发程度进行了试验和检测分析,结果表明:经过一次真空自耗熔炼后铸锭局部Mn元素的挥发损耗为6%;经过二次真空自耗熔炼后Mn元素的挥发损耗为40%~50%;尾部横截面上Mn的分布均匀性更差.
Research on the volatility law of Mn element in TC2 titanium alloy
The experiments and detection analysis were conducted on the degree of Mn volatilization in different parts of the outer circle of the ingot and the cross-section of the head and tail of the secondary ingot after the primary and the secondary vacuum arc remelting(VAR)processes in TC2 titanium alloy.The results show that after the primary VAR,the volatilization loss of the local Mn elements in the ingot is 6%;after the secondary VAR,the volatilization loss of Mn element is between 40%and 50%;and the composition uniformity of Mn in the cross-section of the tail is inferior.
