摘要

通过对TC18钛合金黑斑特征的表面宏观形貌观察、高倍金相组织分析和扫描电镜成分分析,研究黑斑特征的成因.结果表明:黑斑特征区域颜色较深并呈连续分布状态,与周围区域具有明显的分界线,为原棒材组织在锻造过程中没有发生相变最终遗留至成品棒材的α-β两相区组织;在扫描电镜能谱分析和电子探针波谱分析过程中发现黑斑特征的0元素含量偏高并导致相变点升高.

Abstract

The mechanism of the black fleck defect in TC18 titanium alloy was studied by surface morphology observation,metallographic microstructure analysis and SEM/EDS analysis.It is indicated that the black fleck defect area,which is dark and continuously distributed,is isolated by the surrounding boundary line.It is proved that the defect area is actually α-β dual phase which is left over to the finished product due to a failure phase transition.Additionally,it was found through SEM/EDS and EPMA/WDS analyses that the oxygen content of the black fleck defect was higher,resulting in a higher β transus temperature.Consequently,the defect area did not undergo phase transition and was present in the finished products.
