摘要

针对管线钢热轧带钢的几种典型表面缺陷(包括表面裂纹、表面翘皮和表面夹杂),通过分析研究缺陷的宏观形貌、分布特点、微观组织和化学成分等,明确了各类缺陷产生的根本原因.结果表明,X52管线钢表面裂纹和L415管线钢表面翘皮是在热轧轧制过程中产生的,而X60管线钢表面夹杂则是由板坯气孔缺陷造成的.根据分析结果,采取相对应的控制措施,以上表面缺陷问题均得到有效解决.

Abstract

For several typical surface defects in hot-rolled strip for pipeline steel,including the surface cracks,surface warping and surface inclusion,the fundamental causes of these defects were identified by analyzing the macroscopic morphology,distribution characteristics,microstructure and chemical composition of the defects.The results indicate that X52 pipeline steel surface cracks and L415 pipeline steel surface warpings are generated during hot rolling,while X60 pipeline steel surface inclusions are caused by slab porosity defects.Based on these results,appropriate control measures were taken,and all the above-mentioned surface defects were effectively resolved.
