摘要

介绍了常见的管材内高压成形极限测试内容.利用有限元计算,对管材内高压成形测试方法进行设计及验证,得知板材加工成管件后材料的成形性能将发生改变,成形极限有较大幅度的下降.因此采用内高压成形加工管件时需要考虑到管件成形性能较板材有所降低,应以管件本身的成形性来评估和设计后续的加工工艺,并利用内高压成形试验机对酸洗SAPH400焊管进行耐压极限测试.

Abstract

The common method for testing the high-pressure forming limits of pipes was introduced.Using finite element calculations,a test method of internal high-pressure pipe forming was designed and verified.It is found that the formability of the material changes after the sheet metal is processed into a pipe,with a significant decrease in the forming limit.When using high-pressure internal forming to process pipes,it is necessary to consider that the formability of the pipe is reduced compared to the sheet metal.Therefore,the subsequent machining process should be evaluated and designed based on the formability of the pipe itself.The pressure limit of the pickled SAPH400 welded pipe was tested by an internal high-pressure forming machine.
