热风炉新型固定床脱硫脱硝一体化技术

钢铁企业在生产过程中产生大量颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物,为减少上述污染物对大气环境的进一步破坏,需对排放烟气进行脱硫、脱硝处理.常规脱硫脱硝技术存在占地面积大、可适应反应温度区间较小等缺点.文章重点介绍一种新型固定床脱硫脱硝一体化技术,具有占地面积小、脱硫脱硝效率可调节性强的特点,适用于不同生产环境.该技术应用后可实现除尘脱硫脱硝一体化,且污染物浓度均达到超低排放标准.
New Integrated Technology of Desulfurization and Denitrification with Fixed Bed for Hot Blast Stove
A large amount of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are generated in production process of iron and steel enterprises.In order to reduce further damage of these pollutants to the atmospheric environment,it is necessary to carry out desulfurization and denitrification treatments for discharged flue gas.The conventional technologies of desulfurization and denitrification are with such drawbacks as large occupied area and smaller adaptative reaction tempera-ture interval.In the paper,a new integrated technology of desulfurization and denitrification with fixed bed is emphatically introduced,which is with such characteristics as small occupied area as well as better adjustability of desulfurization and denitrification efficiency so that it is suitable for different production environments.After the technology is applied,the in-tegration of dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification could be achieved as well as concentrations of pollutants could all reach the ultra-low emission standard.
