Under the background of intellectualization,the archives service in colleges and universities is becoming more and more interactive,with higher and higher technical requirements and decentralized service.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as insufficient users demand mining,single service mode and content,imperfect service quality evaluation system,and relatively backward construction of management talents team.This paper aims to analyze these problems and characteristics,and provides strategic suggestions for improving the ability of archives service in colleges and universities,and provides beneficial reference for the utilization and service of archives in col-leges and universities.
