With the continuous development of information technology and IoT,by applying digital twin technology,this paper aims to digitize physical campuses on the basis of traditional campuses and networks,achieving functions such as online office work,management,and services.It focuses on designing and constructing an integrated service system for digital campuses in higher education institutions with all faculty and students as the main service subjects,thereby improving the efficiency of digital campus services.In this context,using ITIL technology,a framework for an integrated service system for digital campuses in higher education is designed.The construction of such a system based on the architecture of digital twin technology is discussed,along with proposing evaluation directions for the in-tegrated service system of digital campuses in higher education.
