Exploration of English Teaching Mode for Applied Undergraduate Computer Majors under the OBE Concept
"Professional English"is a specialized course that integrates professional knowledge with English,serving as one of the key courses for cultivating high-quality applied talents capable of effectively applying the latest scien-tific and technological achievements.This paper explores the teaching model of computer professional English under the OBE concept,starting from students'application goals in professional English.It investigates various aspects in-cluding current teaching status,teaching objectives,content design,teaching methods,course assessment,and evalua-tion feedback,proposing an application-oriented teaching design strategy for applied undergraduate computer majors.Through reforming the teaching model,it effectively enhances students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,signifi-cantly improving their ability to apply professional English,thus providing strong support for cultivating applied tal-ents in science and technology.
