In a big data environment,university libraries can enhance management efficiency and service quality through data-driven archive management,intelligent archive management,and collaborative archive management.However,challenges also exist in this environment,including data security and privacy protection,technical support and talent de-velopment,as well as meeting user needs and encouraging user participation.To address these challenges,university li-braries can enhance awareness and training on data security,adopt secure encryption technologies,build comprehensive technical support teams,strengthen the cultivation and introduction of relevant talents,conduct research and analysis of user needs,and provide channels and mechanisms for user participation.This approach will enable university libraries to better adapt to the big data environment,improving the efficiency and service level of archive management.
