With the development and reform of the medical industry,hospital archive management must adapt to the new industry environment,innovate management models,and improve efficiency and service quality.This paper ana-lyzes the impact of medical reform on hospital archive management,investigates the current situation and existing problems in the context of new medical reform,and proposes measures from enhancing awareness of hospital archive management,improving management systems,promoting informatization construction,and strengthening training and assessment of personnel.
