Innovative Strategies for Information Technology Application in Hospital Personnel File Management
As an integral part of the hospital management system,personnel records management not only concerns the accuracy and security of internal staff information but also directly impacts the rational allocation of human resources and the overall operational efficiency of the hospital.In light of the inefficiencies,untimely information updates,and retrieval difficulties associated with traditional file management models,exploring and applying information technol-ogy to innovate and optimize hospital personnel records management is particularly urgent and important.The devel-opment of technologies such as cloud computing,big data analysis,and artificial intelligence provides possibilities for the automation and intelligence of file management.To this end,this paper focuses on the application of these infor-mation technologies in hospital personnel records management,aiming to provide more scientific and comprehensive data support for hospital decision-making and promote the modernization transformation of hospital management.
