The digitization of supply chain management enterprises and industries is a current key development direction.However,traditional supply chain management case study methodologies primarily focus on case innovation and out-comes,with a bias towards macro-level and qualitative research.This paper investigates a new supply chain management case study methodology from the perspective of a data and model dual-driven approach.It constructs an overall frame-work consisting of five components:network structure,business process,functional positioning,performance evalua-tion,and strategic assessment,and proposes corresponding analysis methods.Additionally,it provides a case study ex-ample of Hema Fresh's supply chain.This method can enhance the quality of supply chain management case studies.
