With the rapid advancement of digital technology,data volumes have surged dramatically,escalating from terabytes(TB)to petabytes(PB),with data types becoming increasingly diverse,including semi-structured,unstruc-tured,and structured data.In this environment,relevant national departments have placed greater emphasis on technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).However,it is challenging for these SMEs to achieve further development and innovation based solely on their own resources.Therefore,government departments,interme-diary service organizations,and internal support service departments need to collaborate to provide scientific and di-versified knowledge resources and services,thereby enriching the knowledge reserves of technology-based SMEs and effectively promoting their progress and development.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the knowledge service mode for technology-based SMEs in the big data environment and proposes innovative strate-gies.
