Research on the Whole Process Assessment Mode of Information Technology Courses in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities
The paper aims to explore the characteristics, necessity, and application strategies of the whole process assessment mode for information technology courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities.Using literature review and case analysis methods, the study found that information technology courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities are characterized by strong practicality and applicability.Traditional end-of-term examination modes no longer meet the needs of talent development, making it necessary to implement the whole process assessment modes. The whole process assessment modes should emphasize the diversity of assessment content, the flexibility of assessment methods, and the multiplicity of assessment entities. The conclusion drawn from this research is that implementing the whole process assessment modes in information technology courses at application-oriented undergraduate universities promotes students'initiative in learning, enhances their practical application abilities, and significantly improves the quality of talent development.
