Exploration on the Informatization Management of Inspection Archives Based on Office Automation Environment
With the continuous development of office automation technology,the informatization management of in-spection archives has become a critical approach to improving work efficiency and ensuring data security.The paper first analyzes the current status of informatization management of inspection archives in an office automation environ-ment,including the application of technology,management effectiveness,and existing issues.Secondly,it discusses the impact of office automation technology on the informatization management of inspection archives,such as en-hancing management efficiency and reducing management costs.Next,it proposes strategies for optimizing the infor-matization management of inspection archives,including improving the information system,strengthening data secu-rity measures,and enhancing personnel's information literacy.Finally,it summarizes the future development trends of informatization management of inspection archives under the office automation environment and looks forward to its significant role in advancing the modernization level of government governance.
