With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement of the social gover-nance system,archives management,as an important task for recording history,serving the present,and facing the fu-ture,its standardization and normalization directly affect the efficiency of information resource development and utili-zation and the scientific nature of organizational management.This paper aims to explore how to effectively promote the standardization and normalization process of unit archives management under the new era background,thereby laying a solid foundation for improving the efficiency of archives management,ensuring information security,and ef-fectively utilizing archive resources.
