A study on the Enhancement of College Teachers'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ability under the Digital Background-A Case Study of Preschool Education Major
In the new situation of social development,innovation and entrepreneurship education puts forward higher requirements for teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education ability in higher vocational colleges.The digita-lization of education provides assistance to the improvement of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education ability,and it is also a new challenge.At present,vocational college teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship educa-tion ability has some problems,such as cognitive deviation,insufficient practice,outdated teaching methods and insuf-ficient incentive mechanism.Digital education can provide digital teaching resources and platforms to support teach-ers in optimizing teaching methods.Big data technology helps to realize assisted teaching and fine management and scientific decision-making of education and teaching.Therefore,under the digital background,the improvement of college teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education ability needs to take the system as the guarantee,change the teachers'ideas,and stimulate the internal motivation of teachers'innovation and integration.With curriculum as the carrier,accelerate the integration of digital technology and curriculum,improve teachers'ability of innovation and integration;Take the project as the starting point,expand the opportunity of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,improve the practical ability;Performance-oriented,establish scientific performance indicators,and enhance teachers'enthusiasm for"double innovation".
