"互联网+"时代公立医院人事档案信息化管理现状及优化策略探究

文章针对我国公立医院在人事档案信息化管理的现状与挑战进行深入分析,并提出相应的优化策略。截至2022年底,尽管医院数量及从业人员庞大,人事档案信息化管理仍面临诸多问题,包括低信息化水平、高风险的信息泄露、非规范的流程管理以及缺乏全面的信息化规划。针对这些问题,文章提出建立完善的人事档案信息系统、强化数据安全保障、夯实数据基础实现数据化管理、构建智能化管理平台和提升管理人员信息化技术水平等对策。未来研究可进一步探索如何将先进的信息技术与人事档案管理更深入地结合,以应对不断变化的管理需求和挑战。
Exploration on Current Status and Optimization Strategies for Personnel Files Informatization Management of Public Hospitals in the Era of"Internet+"
This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges faced by Chinese public hos-pitals in personnel file information management and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.As of the end of 2022,despite the large number of hospitals and employees,personnel file information management still faces many is-sues such as low levels of informatization,high risks of information leakage,non-standardized process management,and a lack of comprehensive informatization planning.To address these issues,this study suggests measures including establishing a complete personnel file information system,strengthening data security protection,solidifying the data foundation to achieve data-driven management,constructing an intelligent management platform,and enhancing the IT skills of management personnel.Future research can further explore how to integrate advanced information tech-nology more deeply with personnel file management to cope with the ever-changing management needs and chal-lenges.
