底凹装置对弹丸阻力系数的影响

为增大射程、增大弹丸的破坏威力和提高射击精度,采用 Fluent 软件研究底凹装置对弹丸阻力系数的影响。以某122底凹榴弹为例,利用UG建立122 mm普通榴弹和122 mm底凹榴弹的三维立体模型,并分别在不同马赫数和不同底凹深度条件下对其进行仿真对比分析。结果显示,当马赫数小于1时,阻力系数减小百分比最大,并且在底凹深度为100 mm时,弹丸具有最佳的减阻效果。仿真结果表明:底凹装置对弹丸有一定的减阻增程效果,在亚音速情况下效果最为明显;而增大底凹深度能增大减阻效果,但底凹深度有一最佳值。
Effect of Base Cavity to Projectile Drag Coefficient
For putting up the range of fire, improving the firing accuracy and enlarging the breaking brisance of the projectile, use Fluent software to research the effect of the base cavity to drag coefficient of the projectile. Based on 122 mm base cavity projectile, use UG to establish 3D model of 122 mm common projectile and 122 mm projectile with base cavity, carry out simulation comparison analysis under different Mach number and different base cavity depth conditions. The result showed that the reducing percentage of the drag coefficient was the largest when the Mach number less than 1; at the same time, when the base cavity depth was 100 mm, the projectile had the best effect of reducing the drag coefficient. The simulation result unfolded that the base cavity had the effect of reducing the drag coefficient and putting up the range of fire to a certain degree, especially, on condition of the subsonic speed; at the same time, putting up the base cavity depth could raised the effect of reducing the drag coefficient, while, the base cavity depth had a best value.
