某型火炮弹丸质量偏心对弹丸起始扰动的影响分析

针对大口径火炮定型试验中出现密集度超差的问题,分析了影响弹丸起始扰动的重要参数,重点研究了弹丸质量偏心对火炮射击精度的影响.建立了基于接触理论的弹丸与身管耦合动力学仿真模型,并对弹丸质量偏心位移、速度和角速度引起的扰动进行了数值仿真.结果表明:弹丸质量偏心偏离炮膛轴线是造成炮口扰动的重要因素,建议在大口径火炮定型试验中严格控制弹丸质量偏心.
Influence Analysis of Certain Type Howitzer Projectile Eccentric Mass on Projectile Initial Disturbance
Aiming at the problem of the density error in the large caliber gun test, the important parameters affecting the initial disturbance of the projectile are analyzed, and the influence of the projectile mass eccentricity on the firing accuracy of the gun is mainly studied. The coupling dynamics simulation model of projectile and barrel based on contact theory is established, and the disturbance caused by eccentric displacement, velocity and angular velocity of projectile is simulated numerically. The results show that the projectile mass eccentricity deviates from the bore axis is an important factor to cause the muzzle disturbance, and it is recommended that the mass eccentricity of the projectile be strictly controlled in the design of large caliber gun.
