The Risk Patterns and Governance Strategies of Smart Media Embedded in Digital Government Communication Systems:An Analysis Based on the Perspective of Political Economy of Communication
Through studying from communication political economy perspective,this article finds that the transformation of digital government communication paradigm and the risks it caused led to a series of negative externalities:the expansion of the power of smart media technology,the digital government governance power transferring,the erosion of government digital communication system by smart media technology,and other factors.Therefore,to continuously promote the digital government communication system from risk variables to increments,it is necessary to begin with overall governance and take a series of measures including optimizing the transformation and upgrading process,improving the organic connection between the holistic governance model and the whole-process people's democracy,and etc.
