智能域的演进、特征、挑战与未来——基于媒介学视角

以人工智能技术为先导的新一轮科技革命推动人类迈进智能社会.在媒介学视域下,媒介技术革命是媒介域变迁的核心动力,智能媒体的崛起与泛化开启了一个新的媒介域——智能域,相应地也带来了社会生态和文化观念的变迁.智能域是智媒时代的全新社会生态系统,具有万物智能化、数据海量化、个人节点化、算法中介化、交互全息化、关系复杂化六大特征.智能域的背后隐含政治、资本、社会等各方面的权力博弈,具体表现为数据安全风险、算法权力争夺、媒介对人入侵、伦理关系解构、网络生态失衡等挑战.为更好地适应智能域的发展,可从主体、关系和机制三个维度构建智能域协同治理体系,完善智能域的"上层建筑".展望未来,随着人工智能技术不断进化并对媒介域"重新域定",智能域将呈现出在线域、隐线域和超线域三重境界.
Intelligent-Sphere:Evolution,Characteristics,Challenges,and Future Based on the Perspective of Mediology
The latest scientific and technological revolution,led by artificial intelligence technology,has propelled humanity into an intelligent society.From the perspective of mediology,the revolution in media technology is the core driving force behind the transformation of the media-sphere.The rise and popularization of intelligent media have opened a new media domain,the intelligent sphere,which has also brought about changes in social ecology and cultural concepts.Intelligent sphere is a new social ecosystem in the era of intelligent media with six major features:intelligent everything,massive data,personal nodes,algorithmic inter-mediation,interactive holography,and complex relationships.The power game of politics,capital,society,and other aspects is implied behind the intelligent-sphere,which is specifically manifested in the challenges of data security risks,algorithmic power struggles,media intrusion into humans,ethical relationship deconstruction,and network ecological imbalance.To better adapt to the development of the intelligent sphere,a collaborative governance system can be constructed from three dimensions:subject,relationship,and mechanism,to improve the"superstructure"of the intelligent-sphere.Looking forward to the future,as artificial intelligence technology continues to evolve and redefine the media-spheres,the intelligent-sphere will appear in the triple states of the on-line,hidden-line,and hyper-line spheres.
