The Political Discourse of"Chinese Modernization":Four-Fold Resources,Its Communication and Invocation
The political discourse of"Chinese modernization"includes four sources:official discourse,academic discourse,civil discourse and external discourse.Official discourse constitutes the axis resource of"Chinese modernization"political discourse,which is not only a political manifesto issued by China to the country and the world,but also provides a political consensus reflecting the greatest common divisor of contemporary China for China to form and construct a political discourse around modernization.The other three aspects of discourse constitute the external resources of"Chinese modernization"political discourse.Academic discourse provides theoretical support,prudent stance and normative thinking for the political discourse of"Chinese modernization"at the intellectual level.Civil discourse provides popular rhetoric,individual expression and story-type narration for"Chinese modernization"political discourse to gain public opinion communication and recognition.External discourse,as a contrast,provides China with independent motivation,cognitive reference and a path to seek common ground for forming a modernization discourse system with both independence and universality.The political communication of"Chinese modernization"discourse is carried out according to the resource invocation strategy of"axis absorption-external synergy",so as to break through the circle barriers of official,academic,folk and external discourse,realize the intersubjectivity of discourse construction and improve the communication efficiency of"Chinese modernization"political discourse in the field of integration.
