"奇点临近"之际,人工智能技术的创新应用与迭代升级必将成为推动传媒业结构性改革和高质量发展的新动能,促进智能媒体不断优化跃迁,进入信息传播的新赛道.文章在厘清智能媒体辞屏尺度的基础上,从知识涌现与溢出的角度考察智能媒体高质量发展的内在机理.智能媒体有两条基本型构路向:数智平台的知识创新与媒体化建设、主流媒体的智能化与平台化建设.发展基于科技创新与高质量运维的传媒新质生产力是智能媒体高质量发展的未来朝向.智能媒体的新质生产力以知识生产主体、生产资料、生产对象及其优化组合的跃升为主要特征和发展逻辑,并在智能采集、智能生产、智能分发、智能经营、智能管理等应用场景中进行全域赋能.
The Whole-Domain Empowerment of New Quality Productive Forces:A New Approach to High-Quality Development of Intelligent Media
As the"singularity is approaching",the innovative application and iterative upgrading of AI technology will surely become a new driving force to promote the structural reform and high-quality development of the media industry,which will promote the continuous optimization of intelligent media to enter the new track of information dissemination.On the basis of clarifying the scale of the rhetoric screen of intelligent media,this paper examines the internal mechanism of the high-quality development of intelligent media from the perspective of knowledge emergence and overflow.Intelligent media has two basic constructive directions:knowledge innovation and media construction of digital intelligence platforms,as well as intelligence and platform construction of mainstream media.The development of new media productivity based on technological innovation and high-quality operation and maintenance is the future direction for the high-quality development of intelligent media.The new quality productive forces of intelligent media are mainly characterized by the leap in the main body of knowledge production,means of production,objects of production and their optimal combinations which is empowered in the whole-domain of application scenarios,such as intelligent collection,production,distribution,operation and management.
