An Introduction to the Methodology of Publishing Research
As a new discipline,the research methods of publishing science,especially the unique research methods relatable to this discipline,have not yet formed a consensus in the academic circle,even the consensus on research methodology has not formed.The lack of common ground in philosophical,special scientific and individualized specific methodology applied to publishing science has become the bottleneck for the further expansion of the depth and breadth of publishing science research.Based on the analysis of publishing activities and publishing objects and aiming to provide introductory ideas for the construction of publishing research methodology,this paper puts forward three methodologies that can be applied to publishing research besides quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methodology:positioning analysis,system theory analysis and teleological analysis.
