Data Publishing in the Web3.0 Era:A New Ecological Construction of Co-Creation and Collaboration
The Web3.0 era has the characteristics of paying more attention to the intelligence,decentralization,privacy protection and the right of users to master data.In the publishing ecology,data has also become the key production factors and strategic resources to enhance the publishing competitiveness.These have changed the way traditional knowledge is produced,discovered and disseminated,and driven the shift of paradigm to data-driven publishing.Based on this,the scope,boundary,attribute characteristics and participants of data publishing are clarified by making comparison with digital publishing.The service ecosystem theory is adopted to build a data publishing service ecosystem adapted to different links of the value chain and demand scenarios of different value chains including such key elements as interaction of subjects,integration of data resources,correlation of data services and technological application innovation.In order to provide reference for the sustainable development of the data publishing ecosystem,the author puts forward the development strategy of co-creation and cooperation.
