数字时代素人出版的兴起逻辑、影响限度及优化路径

近年来,我国兴起了一股素人出版的热潮.其产生及发展有着自身较为清晰的内在逻辑:素人可见性的平台赋能是技术逻辑,素人自我表达的社会情境契合是文化逻辑,出版机构对素人标签的强势营销则是市场逻辑的表现.作为数字时代一种新鲜的知识生产与传播实践,它在快速发展中逐渐暴露了一些亟待解决的问题,主要体现在多元化新场景与同质化痼疾并存、流量化手段与奇观化倾向伴生两方面.这在一定程度上增加了素人图书影响效力的有限性.有鉴于此,素人出版需要针对现存问题和未来发展隐患,采取积极的改革新动作和优化新举措.具体而言,需要转换观念,善于发现和经营素人作者,强化作者队伍建设,提升内容质量;追求跨界融合的创新举措,多管齐下,盘活特色资源;强化流量维系,实现作者品牌塑造.这样才能推动素人出版健康持续地发展,达到社会效益和市场收益的双赢.
The Rise of Outsider-Publishing:Internal Logic,limitations of Its Impact and Optimized Paths
There has been a wave of outsider-publishing in recent years.Its emergence and development have its own clear internal logic.The platform empowerment of outsider visibility is its technological logic,and the social context fits for outsider's self-expression is its cultural logic.The strong marketing of outsider labels by publishing institutions is a manifestation of its market logic.As a new publishing practice in knowledge production and dissemination,it has gradually exposed some urgent problems that need to be solved during its rapid development.By calmly examining this phenomenon,it is not hard to find there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved amidst the prosperity.These problems mainly reflect the coexistence of diversified new landscapes,the homogenization of chronic diseases,and the coexistence of traffic methods as well as spectacle tendencies.Obviously,a considerable increase limits the effectiveness and influence of outsider publishing.Based on this,outsider publishing needs to take active reform and optimized measures to address existing problems and future development risks.Specifically,it is urgent for outsider to change mindset and manage outsider authors,strengthen the construction of the author team and improve the quality of content.To promote the healthy and sustainable development of outsider publishing and to achieve a win-win situation in terms of both social and market benefits,measures should be taken to strengthen innovative thinking in cross-border integration,revitalize characteristic resources,enhance traffic maintenance and reader relationships to shape brand image.
