摘要

文章采用文献资料法、调查问卷法等研究方法,对湖南省普通高校体育教师专业知识现状进行调查与分析。研究结果发现:湖南省高校体育教师对技术类知识掌握程度最好,其次是大学体育课程知识,而对体育学科知识和教育学科知识表现不理想;有各种不同的知识来源对体育教师的专业知识发展起着不同作用,而教师“阅读体育专业书刊”和“师范教育”是体育教师获得专业知识最为重要的途径;电脑、网络等设施条件有限、没有时间和精力以及操作技能欠佳是影响体育教师获取专业知识的主要因素。

Abstract

The research methods of literature, questionnaire etc. were used to investigate and analyze the status of Hunan physical education teacher’s specialized knowledge. The findings are that the sport skill knowledge and P.E. curriculum knowledge of P.E. teachers in Hunan universities are good. But the P.E. subjected knowledge and pedagogical theory knowledge are not good. The different resources have different influences on our P.E teachers' professional knowledge. The most important two resources of P.E teachers' professional knowledge are reading professional books and journals as well as teaching education. Not having enough time and energy are factors influencing their acquisition of specialized knowledge as well.
