浙江省大学生武术比赛规程改革及人才培养研究
On the Reform of Wushu Competition and Talent Cultivation of College Students in Zhejiang Province

摘要
经过对浙江省武术比赛的规程和人才培养模式的近况的调查,特别以2015年浙江省大学生运动会武术比赛、2016年浙江省大学生武术锦标赛为例,发现浙江省高校武术比赛规程较为固定且存有不足之处,武术人才的培养模式相对其他省市较为落后等结论.因此提出以下改革措施:优化竞赛内容,将轮竞制逐渐变化成到淘汰制;增加武术比赛的集体项目、增加不同类型的武术比赛;加强各高校领导对武术的重视通过形式多样的武术,增加武术相关内容的开课率,激发学生对武术运动的兴趣,扩大参赛学校和运动员数量;借鉴其他省市的训练模式,结合自身发展浙江省特色武术文化等建议,旨在为更好地开展武术比赛,运动员在全国武术比赛中运动取得更好的成绩比赛提供参考.
Abstract
Through the investigation of the rules of Wushu competitions in Zhejiang province and the current situation of talent training modes, especially in 2015 Zhejiang university sports meeting Wushu Competition and Zhejiang university student Wushu Championships in 2016 as an example, it is found that the rules of Wushu competitions in Zhejiang province are relatively fixed and have shortcomings, and the training mode of Wushu talents is relatively backward compared with other provinces and cities. Therefore, the following reform measures are put forward: optimize the competition content, change the competition system into the elimination system gradually, increase the collective items of the Wushu competition, increase the different types of Wushu competitions, strengthen the attention of the leaders of the colleges and universities to Wushu through various forms of Wushu, increase the opening rate of the related contents of Wushu, stimulate the students' interest in the Wushu movement, and expand the number of participating schools and athletes. We should draw lessons from other provinces and cities' training modes, and combine our own suggestions on developing Zhejiang's characteristic Wushu culture. The purpose of this research is to provide references for better Wushu competition and athletes' better performance in the National Wushu competition.
