Oral history materials,as empirical oral materials for studying local culture,are of great significance for recording and preserving intangible cultural heritage that is vulnerable to inheritance and inheritors.The use of oral history research methods is of great significance.The article conducts an actual investigation of Laijie Ensai Women's Chuang Quan in Mengding Town,Gengma Dai and Wa Autonomous County,Lincang City,Yunnan Province.Through oral history research,face-to-face communication and learning with inheritors are conducted to discuss its significance for the inheritance and protection of excellent traditional Chinese culture from the perspective of inheritors.Through in-depth learning and understanding of inheritance techniques,the theoretical and practical research of women's Chuang Quan is promoted.
