Luo's Neijia Kongfu(Inner Boxing Kongfu)is listed in the sixth batch of intangible cultural heritage traditional sports in Hunan Province,created by Luo Zhongheng,and now passed down to the sixth generation Luo Xiping.Luo's Neijia boxing has a complete wushu system of boxing,instruments,kung fu,lion and medicine skills,which has a long history,unique style and rich content,and is famous in the southern Hunan Uprising area."Zhaogong Style"is its representative boxing.This paper studies Luo's Neijia boxing through literature,field investigation,interview and oral history,and rethinks the inheritance of Luo's Neijia boxing by combing its creation and inheritance pedigree,technical system and style characteristics,combined with my own experience of practicing,so as to let more wushu people know about this type of boxing and help the publicity and development of Luo's Neijia boxing.
