As a traditional Chinese sport,Wushu contains rich skills and cultural connotations.In recent years,with the reform of educational concept and the development of science and technology,how to realize the integration of"traditional"and"modem"teaching concept in Wushu teaching in universities has become an important topic.This paper discusses the strategies and methods to realize the integration of"traditional"and"modem"teaching concepts in college Wushu teaching.On the basis of paying attention to the integration of traditional Wushu culture,this paper puts forward the integration strategies of establishing a comprehensive curriculum system,integrating theory and practice,using science and technology to assist teaching,promoting and personalized teaching.In these ways,we can not only inherit the skills and culture of traditional Wushu,but also improve the learning effect and satisfaction of students,and realize the all-round development of teaching.
