Based on the theory of cultural ecology,this study uses the method of literature and field investigation to analyze the case of Xiangxi steel fire dragon.The study found that the natural environment provided the material foundation for its birth,the social environment provided the spiritual foundation for its development,and the culture was the vitality source of the inheritance of the steel fire dragon.After analysis,the steel burning dragon is the embodiment of Tujia collectivism spirit,martial spirit,but also an important embodiment of the release of bad emotions.
