Historical Exploration of Dai Wushu in Southwest China under the Ethnographic Threshold
By collecting and sorting out the data of characteristic sports projects in ethnic minority areas, this paper understands the historical development of Dai Wushu, which is of positive significance for inheriting and promoting national sports culture. Methods mainly used historical data research method, field research method and interview method to explore the characteristics, types, breadth, prevalence and historical development of Dai Wushu. The results show that Dai Wushu have more changes in hand movements, simpler leg techniques and footwork, and more types, which have a long historical origin. Each faction has its own outstanding characteristics and strict procedures, fixed action graphics and standards for judging Appreciation; But there are also some shortcomings, such as Dai Wushu Appear simple, too soft and casual, the popularity has gradually declined, and some Wushu routines and tricks have been lost. Therefore, as an important part of traditional Chinese Wushu sports, we should further attach importance to and develop Dai Wushu, better excavate and sort out, and bring out the old, so that this magnificent treasure can shine brightly, make the colorful national sports flowers in China more colorful, and contribute to the construction of national sports.
