Shangzhong Ideology(the ideology of neutralizing) is the wisdom crystallization of Chinese philosophical thought, which not only left indelible traces in the development process of Chinese culture, but also has a very profound impact on Chinese Wushu. This article adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to analyze the influence of Shangzhong's ideology on Wing Chun Quan, taking Wing Chun Quan in Chinese Wushu as the research object. The main conclusion of the study is that Shangzhong's ideology has a profound impact on the inheritance and development of Wing Chun Quan, mainly reflected in three aspects: action framework, technical skills, and training system. Under the influence of Shangzhong's ideology, Wing Chun Quan has gradually formed its own unique style and attack concept.
