On the Innovative Development Path of Wushu Teaching under the Background of Education Digitization
Digitalization of education is an important breakthrough for China to open up a new track of educational development and shape new advantages in educational development. The digital and intelligent transformation has had a profound impact on the fields of physical education and teaching. The article uses methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the innovative development path of school Wushus education and teaching in the context of digitalization. Research suggests that: (1) Rich online course platforms have expanded the teaching space of traditional Wushus education; (2) Numerous types of sports and fitness Apps promote the data-driven teaching process of Wushus; (3) Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies facilitate immersive Wushus experiences; (4) Case studies on the digital development of Wushus education and teaching: the school's Wushus digital curriculum system developed by the School of Physical Education of Shanghai Normal University, and the "new e-stone lock" improved by Nanjing Institute of Physical Education on the basis of traditional stone locks.
