Osteoarthritis is a chronic strain induced cartilage degeneration and bone plate injury in the knee joint, and is one of the most common musculoskeletal diseases in Chinese adults, seriously affecting their normal lower limb function. Conservative treatment is suitable for patients with mild clinical symptoms or unsuitable for surgery, which can delay the progression of the disease and has become one of the recommended treatment methods in various guidelines.
