Comprehensively revitalizing China's basketball movement is an important part of the revitalization of the "Football,Basketball and Volleyball" and an important symbol of building a sports power. The thesis tries to cut into the Angle of view from "three big ball" vitalize, take the method of document as the main research method, combine with the current situation of our country's basketball sports development, explore the realistic predicament of our country basketball sports talents cultivation under the background of "three big ball" vitalize, put forward the strategy and method of our country basketball talents cultivation. It is found that the implementation of the integration of body education in the training of basketball talents in our country is not smooth, and the delivery of youth basketball talents is hindered; There are some problems, such as unreasonable training and assessment methods of coaches and referees.
