Analysis of Lingnan Wushu Culture in Huang Feihong's Series of Movies
Since the late 1940s, the Huang Feihong film series has developed over a hundred works that comprehensively and deeply present the multiple styles and multidimensional spaces of Lingnan Wushuculture to the audience through surreal visual images. Among them, the "Huang Feihong" story directed by Hu Peng, Liu Jialiang, Yuan Heping, Tsui Hark, and the "Huang Feihong" image played by Guan Dexing, Liu Jiahui, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, etc. have portrayed Huang Feihong as a screen hero with outstanding Wushuskills, noble Wushuethics, chivalrous spirit, and patriotism. The article analyzes from the perspective of Wushuculture and finds that the Huang Feihong series of films has gone through the evolution process from "folk Wushucustoms to film and television Wushustyle", "Hong Quan authentic to northern Wushu", and "chivalrous and righteous to serving the country and the people".
