Theory of Yin-yang and Five Elements in Xingyi Boxing
Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper deeply discusses how the theory of Yin-yang and five elements fundamentally affects the skills and methods of Xingyi boxing. Starting from the philosophical principles of "Yin and Yang phase long" and "five elements producing Qi", this paper analyzes the philosophical thoughts inside Xingyi Boxing and its value of health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Xingyi Boxing is not only a kind of self-defense skill, but also a way to promote health. The practice of Xingyi boxing can not only enhance fitness and improve physical coordination, but also bring calm and harmony on the psychological level, significantly improving the quality of life. Regular practice is not only beneficial to the body, but also plays a positive role on the mental and emotional level.
